SKA Brewing is quickly making strides to become one of the Southwest's leading breweries. It makes many outstanding beers, and Pinstripe is no exception. While it isn't brewed only for the Irish holiday, it certainly fits right in among the other red beers: its big white head is alluring, and the toasty aroma is sure to pique your interest. It isn't terribly red in color, but few beers are actually red. The body is smooth and soft, and the flavor is noticeably malty. The slight sweetness is pleasant and balances the front of the tongue with minor hop bitterness on the back of it. This is a quality brew that will undoubtedly promote SKA's growth in the brewing world.
