This particular brew starts out malty with just a hint of hoppiness in the aroma. From the first sip, you'll have a rich, filling experience largely dominated by the toasty malts inherent in this style. Even some intricate biscuit flavors show up in this moderately bitter brew. The color is a deep amber, and the beer holds a quality rocky head. |
