Not all beers are created equal, nor even remotely the same for that matter. Take Reinart for example: This beer is brewed six different ways and called six different names, yet it is essnetially the same exact final product every time it is bottled. There might be a slight variation from year to year, but that can be said about any beer. The bottles we sampled were diverse and aromatic, and our Reinart had a very distinct barnyard aroma and taste. The beer's sourness is pleasant and almost necessary to help take your mind off of the barnyard flavors. (Not that those flavors are bad; they're just very strong.) The body is enjoyably light and crisp, and it works well with the leathery and woody notes. This ale is a very pleasing way to finish off a meal.
