The lightest of the "minute" series, 60 Minute IPA pours light gold in color, with great clarity and a frothy off-white head. Typical for Amreican IPAs, 60 Minute's aroma is full of grassy and citrusy hops and is assertive in character. You'll also find a subtle bready quality in the aroma. The first sip brings with it an initial caramel sweetness that is quickly balanced by a moderate grapefruity hop bittering. The beer finishes slightly dry and features a mild, pleasant floral hop aftertaste. With its medium body, mild alcohol warmth, and gentle carbonation, this beer is very drinkable, so don't be surprised if you end up drinking two or three. |
