Stovepipe is toffee-brown with a sizable brunette head that releases aromas of dried, roasted barley, walnuts and flowery hops. The strong flavor bursts onto the tongue with deep roasted coffee and chocolate. And understated caramel sweetness settles on the tongue and balances the natural grain astringency. Stovepipe's hop flavors are unassuming, with mild bitterness and sloft floral, spicy flavors. The brew is medium-bodied, reserved in alcohol and clean in its finish.
