American Wheat or Rye Beer
ABV: 5.0%
IBU: 10
RATING
90
With its straw color and brilliant clarity, High Rollers has all the trappings of a summertime beer. Its aroma is intensely grassy, with a very subtle tartness that strikes the top of the nose, and its taste is reminiscent of a fresh-cut lawn touched by pale malt huskiness. The beer’s wheat nature shines at the end of the taste, with a hint of bright lemony tartness. High Rollers has a watery body, but is full of flavor, with high carbonation and very low alcohol presence. It finishes crisp, clean, and quite dry with a bite of moderate hop bitterness lasting into the aftertaste, complemented by a touch of floral hop flavor.
