From DRAFT Magazine:

In all, the aroma, taste and medium body of this beer define what an amber ale should be: packed with flavor, yet accessible to palates of all kinds. It flaunts a rich, orange-yellow hue and a big, frothy head that doesn’t let go of the glass. There’s some suspended sediment in the beer, so it isn’t perfectly clear, but it’s not hazy either. The aroma is modest with toasted malts coming through like bread crust, along with inconspicuous scents of flowery, fresh hops. The beer’s flavor is a showcase of balance. It begins with an assertive caramel sweetness, which melts into an unassuming nut flavor in the finish. Hops in this brew evolve, beginning soft and floral, then assertively bitter, and retreating to grapefruity.
