This golden-orange saison pours cloudy with a tight, rocky head that pops and sizzles with little bubbles. Lemon and orange aromas tingle the nose with light bready malt backing the überbright citrus. As it hits the tongue, the beer explodes with carbonation; as the fizz subsides, a clean, soft, bready malt flavor runs down the tongue with tangy citrus pinching the sides and cheeks. Nicely balanced among the malt character, moderate tartness and carbonation, the beer wraps up very dry, with the dominant flavors trailing off as lingering accents.
