1. How to Enter: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN A PRIZE. You may enter the DRAFT Where are you Drinking Contest (the "Giveaway") in any of the following ways: (i) online by visiting the DRAFT Magazine Website (www.draftmag.com) (the "DRAFT Website") and completing the online entry form by registering for the site, providing your name, valid e-mail address and telling us the answer (limit one online entry per ip address and per e-mail address). or (ii) emailing the answer along with your name and address to win@draftmag.com.
When you enter at the DRAFT Website, you may be asked to consent to receive promotional e-mails and reminders for upcoming DRAFT Magazine promotions and information about DRAFT Magazine. Consenting to receive such e-mails is optional and does not have to be agreed to in order to be eligible to enter the Giveaway and does not improve your chances of winning. DRAFT Magazine ("Main Sponsor") all other Giveaway Entities (as defined below), their affiliates, distributors, dealers, subsidiaries, parent corporations, and their respective officers, directors, shareholders, employees and agents, and any and all Internet servers and access provider(s) are not responsible for: any incorrect or inaccurate entry information; human error; technical malfunctions; failures, omission, interruption, deletion, or defect of any telephone network, computer online systems, computer equipment, server providers, or software, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participation in this Giveaway; inability to access the DRAFT Website; theft, tampering, destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries; transactions that are processed late or incorrectly or are incomplete or lost due to computer or electronic malfunction or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website; printing or human errors; and any mailed entries which are late, lost, incomplete, misdirected, stolen, mutilated, illegible or postage due, or any combination thereof. All entries become the property of DRAFT Magazine and will not be returned or acknowledged.
2. Eligibility: This Giveaway is open only to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. Employees and their immediate families (spouses, parents, siblings, children and each of their respective spouses) of DRAFT Magazine and other participating sponsors and their respective parent companies, divisions, subsidiaries, affiliates, and their advertising and promotion agencies (collectively, the "Giveaway Entities") are not eligible to enter or win. This Giveaway is governed by U.S. law and is subject to all federal, state and local laws. Void where prohibited by law.
3. Grand Prize: One (1) Grand Prize Winner will win a DRAFT gear (to be decided).
The Grand Prize Winner is solely responsible for all costs, taxes, fees, and expenses associated with any element of the prize not specifically addressed above. All federal, state and local taxes on prizes are the Grand Prize Winner's responsibility. The specifics of all aforementioned elements of any prizes in the Giveaway shall be solely determined by Main Sponsor. Some restrictions may apply. The Grand Prize cannot be transferred or substituted for a prize of equal or greater value except at Main Sponsor's sole discretion. Main Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize, or portions thereof, with a prize of equal or greater value.
4. Drawing and Notification: The Grand Prize Winner will be hand selected based on responses to the question: "Where are you Drinking?" from among all eligible entries by an independent judging organization ("Giveaway Administrator"), and will be contacted either in person or by email within approximately three (3) days of the drawing. The name of the Grand Prize Winner may be posted on the DRAFT Website.
5. Release of Liability: Main Sponsor, its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, parent corporation, each of the Giveaway Entities, and the respective officers, directors, shareholders, dealers, distributors, employees and agents of the Giveaway Entities, and are not responsible for: any incorrect or inaccurate entry information, human error, technical malfunctions, theft, tampering, destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries. By entering this Giveaway, all entrants, any winners, and their family members, guests, invitees, agents, and employees release and hold harmless Main Sponsor and each of the Giveaway Entities, as well as the respective officers, directors, agents, employees and shareholders of the foregoing entities and all others associated with the development and execution of this Giveaway from and against any and all actions, claims, and/or liability with respect to or in any way arising from participation in this Giveaway and/or acceptance or use of the prizes and any related travel and/or activities, including liability for personal injury, death, damages, or loss.
6. Winner's List: A few days after the contest concludes, you may obtain the name of the Grand Prize Winner by visiting the DRAFT Website.
