Flying Saucer Draught Emporium will host a Winter Beer Dinner led by guest speaker Drew Barton, a Memphis native, former Flying Saucer bartender and master brewer at Asheville, N.C.-based French Broad Brewery. The Cordova location’s dinner will be on Tuesday, Feb. 9 at 6:30 p.m. at 1400 Germantown Parkway, Suite 114.

The event will feature a four-course dinner, including bacon potato soup, Caprese salad, a braised-pork tenderloin main course and strawberry shortcake, paired with eight beers. Two beers will accompany each course to complement and contrast, and featured beer styles include barley wines, stouts, porters, saisons and fest biers.

Tickets for the event can be purchased at Flying Saucer and are $25 for U.F.O. Club members and $30 for non-members. Reservations are recommended as space is limited.
