Our next beer dinner is fast approaching, February 9th. We will be working with Unibroue brewery out of Quebec, if you have never had one of their beers you are in for a real treat. They make Belgian style beer in the tradition of Trappist monks and do a very good job. For those of you who are unfamiliar with how the beer dinner works; the cost is $60 ($55 for beer club members) and you will taste up to 7 different beers. Five of the beers will be paired with a dish created to enhance the subtleties of a specific beer. This is a five course dinner that will be served over two hours with a lot of beer. A representative from the brewery will join us to answer any questions you may have about the beer. We always have a great time and if you have not yet enjoyed a beer dinner this is one you don't want to miss. If you can't make the dinner we will have the Unibroue selections available throughout February.
