SONOMA VALLEY, CA, February 2010 – Visionary rising star, Chef de Cuisine Andrew Cain of the Fairmont Sonoma Mission Inn’s Michelin designated Santé restaurant will be preparing an exquisitely paired “Beers of the World” five-course dinner in the handsome dining room on Thursday, March 4, 2010.  Reservations are currently being accepted to this most non-traditional Wine Country dining adventure. Limited seats available, reservations may be secured by phoning 707 939 2467. Reception 6:30, dinner at 7:00p.  Priced at $95.00 per person.
