This class is a basic beginning beer-making course with an emphasis on the brewing process, fermentation, sanitization and bottling. Students will be guided through each stage of the brewing process through this 3 day course on consecutive Sundays (1/24, 1/31 & 2/7). A wealth of information, references and resources will be given to each student to prepare them for brewing on their own. The final class meeting includes bottling the final product along with a tasting session!
