A bake for brew

“Summer and lobsters are a natural pair,” says Kevin Finn, owner of the East Coast’s Iron Hill Brewery collection. “And when you add a great beer to that equation, you’ve pretty much got a recipe for a perfect evening.” Thus, the brewery’s seven locations will add a limited-time Maine Lobster Bake to its summer menus. The bake features more than a pound of Maine lobster alongside Prince Edward Island mussels, Littleneck clams, corn on the cob and steamed Fingerling potatoes, and costs $26.95. Diners with more petite appetites can opt for a half-size meal for $21.95.

“Our Bake offers our guests a taste of the seashore,” continues Finn, “and it pairs beautifully with some of our lighter, seasonal brews, such as our house-brewed wheat beers.”

Iron Hill Brewery & Restaurant has seven locations throughout Pennsylvania and Delaware. For more information, visit www.ironhillbrewery.com.
