Made these for St. Patrick's Day. My comment and a guest's was that they needed to have a stronger chocolate flavor. They had a nice moist texture and decent flavor. The cream cheese frosting was very very good. It was not too sweet and I whipped it very well so it came out nice and fluffy. The frosting recipe I will use again. Need to bump up the "volume" on the chocolate some how though.

Make sure you're using a good grade of cocoa and you could also try using a Young's Double Chocolate Stout in place of the Guinness as well.
